By subscribing to any Creator's portfolio on AlphaProof, you acknowledge and confirm each of the following statements. This acknowledgment is a binding part of the AlphaProof Terms of Service.

I understand that AlphaProof is an informational platform, not an investment adviser. AlphaProof is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any state securities regulator. The platform provides portfolio transparency and record-keeping tools, not investment advice or asset management services.

I understand that Creators on AlphaProof are not registered investment advisers unless they independently hold such registration and have disclosed it. A Creator's verified track record does not make them a licensed financial professional. The presence of a track record on AlphaProof does not imply any regulatory approval or endorsement.

I understand that trade history shown on AlphaProof is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. Creators share records of their own personal trading activity. This information is not a recommendation, solicitation, or suggestion to buy, sell, or hold any security.

A Creator's historical returns, no matter how strong or how long the verified record, do not guarantee, predict, or indicate future performance. What This Means
AlphaProof provides infrastructure for traders and investors to build transparent, cryptographically verified track records. When you subscribe to a Creator's portfolio, you are paying for access to a verified historical record of that Creator's personal trading activity. You are not entering into a managed account relationship, receiving personalized advice, or purchasing a financial product with expected returns.
The cryptographic verification system (SHA-256 hash chains anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain) confirms that trade records have not been altered after the fact. It does not verify the quality, suitability, or future profitability of any trade or strategy.
